Who do you think you are
If I thought I was someone before I came to Norway, like a character in an ancient proverb I have undertaken a kind of unwilling, ungracious humbling.

E.V. Crowe (Emma Crowe) is a playwright and screenwriter, published by Faber. She has a masters in scriptwriting, and is a graduate of and then facilitator of the Royal Court Theatre Young Writers Programme. She has written for The Royal Court Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company, Manchester International Festival, Channel Four, Film Four, BBC America, BBC Radio 4 and others. She is currently under commission to Film 4, Paramount plus, ISB Films, BBC Films, the Yard Theatre London, and writing a new play with the support of National Theatre Studio. Her work has been performed all over the UK, and in China, Hong Kong, Australia, and New York. She has been on writers attachments in Mexico City, Frankfurt and London. She is British and lives in Dale i Sunnfjord. In Norway, her work has been performed at the Teaterfestivalen i Fjaler, she was a recipient of the Statens kunstnerstipend and is under commission to Teater Vestland.
